Hello, my name is Hong and I am a qualified instructor of Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga. I have been practicing Yang style Tai Chi since I was 11 years old and have been teaching it for a number of years both China and the UK. I have achieved advanced qualifications in both Tai Chi and Yoga and lately qualified in Qigong which I have been practicing for many years. Currently I teach classes in North Wales area, includes Prestatyn, Rhyl and Kinmel Bay.
Before becoming a Tai Chi yoga instructor, I worked as a surgical nurse in China. My medical background gives me a unique perspective on the human body and how to care for it. I was passionate about helping my patients recovered from surgery and regained their strength and mobility.
I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga, and I am passionate about helping my students learn the correct form and technique. I have helped many people with physical ailments such as arthritis, back pain, stress and depression to improve their health and wellbeing through Tai Chi, Yoga and Qigong. My knowledge of anatomy and physiology allows me to tailor my classes to meet the needs of each individual student, ensuring that everyone is able to achieve their goals safely and effectively.
